Digital-born Media Carnival, held in Kotor, Montenegro (14-18 July 2017), gathered more than 250 journalists, activists, lawyers, tech experts and digital rights enthusiasts for a series of lectures, workshops, panel discussions and hands-on trainings on important topics for online media freedoms, such as fake news and manipulation, propaganda, information literacy and innovation in reporting.
